  2. Check-in & Check-out: Standard check-in is at 12:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges.
  3. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations must follow the terms mentioned at the time of booking. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the policy.
  4. Guest Conduct: Guests are expected to respect hotel property and other occupants. Misbehavior may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
  5. Limitation of Liability: Varahaswamy Guest House is not liable for personal belongings, accidents, or any loss incurred during the stay.
